We want you to love your Powder pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Our streamlined process ensures your wardrobe update is effortless and stress-free.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log in to your account or visit our online returns portal to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
